Founders' Club

As a special reward for early participation in the development phase of our company, dōTERRA is offering a generous, limited-time earning opportunity for Independent Product Consultants who meet specific business growth requirements. The first 25 Independent Product Consultants who qualify will become members of the Founders' Club and will share a pool of 2% of total market sales volume* in the first year of operation, and 1% in subsequent years. They will also be forever recognized as Founding Consultants of dōTERRA. To qualify as a Founding Consultant and to share in the Founders' Club 2% bonus pool, a person must be one of the first 25 Consultants in their market to:

1. Build three separate legs with 5,000 Organizational Volume (OV)
   in each leg.
2. Build these legs in the first year of business operations (April '08 to April '09 for USA/Canada market), and hold them for 3 consecutive months.
3. Maintain this level of activity (and associated pin title) for 9 out of 12 months each subsequent year.

*The Founders' Club bonus pool will be paid annually on the total commissionable wholesale revenues of the market in which a Founding Consultant has built their business. Additional Founders' Club bonus pools will be available per market as dōTERRA expands internationally.
