Shaunna is thrilled to be part of the team at dōTERRA and contribute to the company’s on-going success through new product development and marketing. She has over 18 years of experience with both product development and international product marketing. Her career began in Los Angeles at an advertising agency where she helped manage national and international brands. After her time in southern California, she moved to Utah and began the great adventure of working in the Network Marketing industry and loves it. Shaunna also has an MBA from BYU’s Marriott School of Management. Her favorite products include Spa Hand & Body Lotion and Immortelle.
Director of International Sales
John supports Independent Product Consultants who are taking their businesses into international markets. He works with dōTERRA’s founders to manage expansion into new markets around the world by managing a team of international sales managers.
Director of Interational Chinese Market
Kathy has 15 years’ experience in the direct selling field. She helped develop the Chinese speaking market in the United States. Her efforts eventually led to the opening of the Taiwan market where she was instrumental in setting up the Taiwan office and continues to support all Chinese associates in the dōTERRA family. Prior to joining doTERRA, she was a Regional Manager of a billion dollar public company and was in charge of Multi-cultural Marketing and Sales.
Senior Director of Global Technology
David is responsible for meeting dōTERRA’s global technology and information needs. The impressive growth at dōTERRA will provide many opportunities to put his 23 years of technical experience to good use.
Sean and his team work behind the scenes to manage dōTERRA’s finances and supply chain. Their efforts ensure our premium quality products are always available for our Independent Product Consultants. They also manage dōTERRA’s financial resources to support international expansion and global commission payments.
Director of Member Services
Mike is a results-oriented call center management professional with expertise in developing strategies that streamline the delivery of customer services. He has a proven ability to build well-organized, productive business units that provide value to the enterprise by controlling expenses, generating incremental revenue, increasing customer retention/loyalty, and providing business intelligence to key decision-makers. He has demonstrated his success directing the development of organizations during periods of tremendous growth and has twenty plus years´ experience analyzing existing call center operations and implementing process improvements that increase overall company effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability.
In addition, Mike has a solid understanding of how to leverage technology to enable business processes. With ten years of MLM experience providing exceptional customer service and follow through to key field leadership, Mike's strong management and leadership skills and ability to motivate professionals and maximize levels of productivity make him a great asset to our team.
General Manager, dōTERRA Taiwan
Shawna has close to twenty years’ experience in the Network Marketing industry. She has led marketing efforts for a billion dollar company, working in marketing, events, and recognition. She has been a key person in establishing the market in Taiwan.
